1) Sil lim tao part 1 and part 2.
2) Turning punches.
3) Inside and outside tan sao.
4) Double jut sao.
5) Counter punch using turning stance.
6) Counter punch with twist and jut sao strike bil tze.
7) Wall bag – front punches.

Red sash 3:

1) Sil lim tao complete form.
2) Front kick from basic stance.
3) Mirror straight punch to opponent’s centreline.
4) Turning bong sao against straight punch.
5) Jum sao against high and low straight punch.
6) Inside gang sao against punch.
7) Dan chi.
8) Outside and inside pak sao using turning.
9) Lap sao dril.

Red sash 4:

1) Sil lim tao complete form performed on one leg.
2) Dan chi with changes.
3) Lap sao drill with changes.
4) From gard- pak sao, counter paksao and punch.
5) Counterpunch with bong sao, lap sao and follow through.
6) Counter punch with jum sao to punch and follow through.
7) Defence against wrist grab.
8) Defence against rear bear hug.
9) Application of techniques freely with control.
